My husband and I love our apartment so much. The location is great for students. It's less than a block away from CWU and takes 4 minutes to walk from here to class. Ellensburg isn't a big town so there are lots of local grocery stores. There's a bargain mart within walking distance. I left town for a week and my husband said he did fine without a car because everything was so close.
The apartment was completely spotless when we moved in. People in other reviews were mad about cleaning fees but for us moving in we love how seriously Aspen Circle takes cleanliness. There wasn't a crumb from the

If you are a young adult and you actually need your security deposit back don't move in here, they will do whatever it takes to gouge you for money when it comes time to move out. I have a feeling they take advantage of young people because they don't think they'll be able to do or say anything. The owner Laurie seems kind, but I've come to realize she's very persnickety and a fibber. Make sure if you move in here that you take pictures of absolutely anything and everything that might even look just dirty, not even if it's actually broken. They not only kept our entire security deposit but she

Look literally anywhere else to live. Moving in is easy enough, and living there is fine, but the apartments are in desperate need of updating and if you ever want to leave, you're going to lose a lot of money. The groundskeeper is a great guy and they hire nice people, but management is awful. Reaching her is difficult, she's rude, and she will gladly make the process of moving out as painful as possible. Don't ever plan on getting your security deposit back because they will do whatever they can to take it all and act like they're doing you a favor. You're better off

My husband and I moved into our little home during the summer of 2017. They were very fast during the moving in process and helpful. We even got help moving a mattress to the second floor. Klaus, is the handy man and he has always fixed little things around our home quickly and fast. We are in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment and there are 4 units to a building. Pretty spacious for our first home. They approved my 9 year old German Shepherd mix to live with us, because of his breed it was hard for us to find a home but they made so easy! All in all these apartments are pretty quiet and calm.

Do not live here! Especially if you are a college student and actually need your deposit back! The landlord (Laurie) is nice at first, to get you to move in but once you're in she will do nothing to help you. And you better take pictures of EVERYTHING. Every tiny ding in the wall or floor, the condition of the rotted-out cubbords and any stain, no matter how small.
I had asked repeatedly that a soccorball sized hornet nest be removed from next to our entry way and was told, by her husband, that he has an agreement with the bees that he wouldnt bother them...and that we would have to wait until
