I have been a patient of Dr Schuster for over 10years and never regret a minute of it! I came with over 50 years of dental history that good or bad necessitated some new blood/ technique to remediate some old technique and bad habits. I am generally someone who loves to laugh and break a smile but for years I was ashamed of worn teeth and many out dated fillings.
Dr Schuster and his amazing staff changed all that. For years I would need Nitrous Oxide just to clean my teeth, once I started at Metro I no longer needed it. The professionalism of their hygienist staff is outstanding!

Horrid experience from a dentist I used to love and think so highly of. If you read Dr. Shuster's review they were five star stellar until he was bought out last year by Midest Merritt etc. Absolutely horrid. I think Dr. Shuster is not up to par in his skills or thinking any longer. Every review now since the changeover is one star. The worse experience was with this Marlene, a supposed dental tech who did a sub par cleaning. Did not do the cancer screening, did not do gum measurements, did not polish, did not do flouride rinse. Very unethical place of the way that they're doing business; they bait and switch. Just like other reviews, they claim that they take the insurance then they pair you with dentist who's out of network to make more money. I just got billed for hundreds of dollars which should've been completely covered by the insurance. Never going back there ever again.

Never thought I would go to see a dentist without nerves in my stomach. It finally happened. I felt very relaxed even when my two front teeth were pulled. The dentist and his staff are really friendly and know how to put a patient at ease. My son recommended Metro to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for work on their teeth.

The worst dental experience of my 46 years of life. I went to him because a 25 year old filling fell out and I needed a new filling. I've been in excruciating pain ever since. He drilled a new tooth and for two weeks I've been living in hell. I went back he re drilled and filled it and still I can't eat or sleep because of this tooth. Finally he said he didn't know why and based on the xrays it shouldn't be hurting. I dread the day I chose to go the this dentist. I (future candidate for Morristown Mayor) originally saw these dentists back in January 2017, & the oral surgeon upstairs ( Who is a fraidy-cat), because he's under the submission of the front desk lady (satanist) we won't happen to mention her name, but I will say this & exhaust and use my first amendment, this (satanist) is very very rude, disrespectful, quick to take the patients money, and doesn't know that the customer is always right, she should be put through a kindergarten class even though she's an elder, I will not stand for this and will not allow another

After 20 years, it was time to find a new dental office. After complaining about tooth pain for quite some time and always being told there was no issue, my new dentist discovered an infection. He also had to correct a poor root canal performed by Metro Dental some time ago. My last few visits felt very pushed to perform services, and when I expressed financial constraints, I was informed that I had a $300+ credit on my account that no bothered to inform me about from a previous invoice. I had a routine cleaning by the Hygienist, Andrea and Maureen, on two separate visits and both clean very abrasively which left me with permanent gum recession on my lower left quadrant. I explained the situation politely to Dr Schuster and he placed the blame on my cleaning habits insinuating i had a grinding problem which I do not. Dr Saccho offered a courtesy 1 min fluoride application which doesnt do much. This office is money hungry machine who can care less about their patients

My experience at Metro Dental Associates was really fantastic. Andrea was my dental hygienist and was such a doll. She was kind, honest and professional. I returned the next day for a crown prep and Dr. Sacco did an incredible job. He was friendly, efficient and made me feel very relaxed. The entire office is accommodating and very professional. I highly recommend going to Metro Dental!

Moved to the area recently and a colleague highly recommend this practice. It is a modern and bright environment. The staff are all helpful and friendly. My hygienist was awesome. Dr. Schuster is a very thorough and pleasant professional.
Their equipment is way more modern than at my last facility - there is not even a spit sink! They hand you a cup hooked up to a device and you spit into that. Very hygienic and forward-thinking. It was probably my best dentist office visit ever. Their new patient intake process was a breeze, as well.

I am usually not one to write a review, however I felt it was important that Dr. Schuster and his office staff received the recognition they deserve. Compared to the previous dentist I have had for a long time, Dr. Schuster actually cared about my dental health, was very thorough, and fixed work that had been done on my teeth that the previous dentist told me "to keep an eye on." My wife and I have been going to see Dr Schuster for a few years now and he is the best dentist I have ever been to. There is never any pressure about what you need to have done. He always suggests and let's you know his opinion. And when something needs to be done, it's relatively painless.

Had an issue, was worried about how it may be resolved, but after a recommendation, I'm more at ease after only one visit. Top facilities, great staff and have never felt more comfortable about going to the dentist; not often I say this about many places but it's more than clean enough to take your own Mom there! Just moved from California and needed to see a dentist ASAP due to extreme pain in my back molar ... The doctor took me in immediately and was extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff are all super sweet and always smiling!! The office is in a new beautiful location on Elm Street.

I found Metro Dental Associates on Angie's list and decided to give them a try. Dr. Schuster is quite a character and really made me smile. I had to go back a second time for 2 fillings and had Dr. Savage performed them. He was very friendly and really made me feel comfortable. Not to mention, I felt no pain during his procedure. The office is very clean and well lit. Their equipment is top notch. What impressed me most was the level of service and follow up. The office staff was stellar, especially since I was having problems with my old dentist office who thought it would be ok
