I have been going to the dental group of Morristown for the past year for orthodontics and it has been a pleasure (even during COVID). Dr.Ricther and his staff were amazing and completely transformed my smile on a timeline that I was comfortable with. He was also able to help me whiten a tooth that had been injured in a matter of a day. I highly recommend dental group of Morristown for any of your dental needs.

My dentist of over 20 years retired. I was not happy having to find another. That was until a friend suggested we try Dr. Richter.
This office is extremely well run friendly polite and efficient. From the moment you walk in everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The entire staff is extremely accommodating thoughtful kind and professional. Dr. Richter always ensures your needs are met in an effective way and is most interested in meeting your needs. To say that they go out of their way to accommodate their patients does not tell half the story. I cannot recommend this office anymore

I live out of state, but have had extensive dental work done at DGOM. Special shout out to Dr. Richter, who placed 6 crowns in my mouth in one day.....painlessly! Hygienist Judy got it all arranged for me! Assistant Jodi kept me so relaxed the entire time! Office staff is very welcoming and efficient! I can’t say enough about this excellent practice! I do have some dental work done where I live, but if I need anything extensive done, I will get in the car and drive 8 hours to be seen at the Dental Group of Morristown!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Richter for about 30 years. For the last 10 years I lived in Manhattan yet keeping this dentist and the office staff that supports the practice was well worth it. That certainly includes Elaine my hygienist. Everyone on the staff knows you and greets you when you walk in, and they make any necessary paperwork as easy as it can be for the patient. I was a temporary dental assistant for a week at this office and all I can say is, I have never worked in an office with a more pleasant staff. Everyone in this office was a pleasure to work with. Dr.Richter and Dr. Patel are such caring doctors who go above and beyond for their patients. The front desk Michelle is extremely knowable, Elaine the hygienist is the sweetest ( no wonder patients LOVE her) and let's not forget is the hardest working dental assistant I have ever met, Jodi! Not only is this office pleasant but after covid they have implemented SO MANY safety measures to make sure patients

I had a non-emergency delta need following the New Year, and called early on Thursday morning 1/2/20. Donna answered and I explained the situation to her and she offered me a time slot at 08:50AM with Dr. Richter, which allowed me just enough time to drive to the office. I was sitting in the chair with Danielle and Steve at 8:50AM and the problem was capably and quickly addressed. I was on my way within an hour. Dr. Richter is experienced, talented and skilled craftsman. I have been going to him since he took over the practice from Sr. Delphi years go. I trust De. Richter and his staff. Many/most

I've been going to this practice for over 25 years. The hygienists are wonderful...they take their time and they are always so warming. I took a break from this practice for a couple years while living in NYC, and I quickly realized how great of a job Dental Group of Morristown did compared to other places I tried out in NYC. I drive over an hour to see Elaine and Dr. Richter. Dr. Richter is an amazing dentist and orthodontist. He's done wonders with my teeth and he will not nickle and dime you which is a huge plus.

Never have I liked going to the dentist (as many people do not!) however, after finding Dr. Richter and his staff, I have felt so comfortable getting my teeth cleaned! They are very thorough, gentle, and warm-hearted. The office is always on time and if possible, they will take you early into your appointment. I have and will continue to recruit my friends and family to this practice!
