They sold my cousin a house with all the upgrade later the house was inspected by a second inspector that was not hired by debbieDwalker and they had found that all the wood structure was to demolitioned because of termite infestation. My cousins family lost 120,000$ find a different realtor than debbie Walker if you want to make a wise investment. Not speaking about MC kee Realty as a whole but this was a bad life altering experience for my cousin and her family.
