Our skylight recently sprang a leak! Long story short, save yourself a LOT of time and hassle and just call Quality Roofing, LLC, 509-868-6339. After hours of research, we called four top rated roofers in Spokane. One company suggested a whole new roof! (It's a 40 year roof with only 15 years on it.) Duane at Quality Roofing was the only roofer who diagnosed the problem correctly. I've had quality roofing work on my old roof a couple times. They're honest and do excellent work. I do most of my own work on my houses but roofing is one of the things I don't do.
