Services
Argenta Counseling is a team of specialized and compassionate therapists dedicated to contributing to the mental and relationship wellness of children, teens, adults, couples and families in Central Arkansas. We currently offer telehealth counseling sessions over phone or video, as well as, social distanced in-person sessions at our five convenient locations: North Little Rock 1, North Little Rock 2, West Little Rock, Saline County and Conway.

I've been using Argenta Counseling for a couple of months now, and it's been a pleasant experience. They paired me with someone I work well with and always leave a session feeling calmer.
The waiting room is a little weird, with no one at the window to check you in, and I understand how this may be off-putting to some.
However, since the pandemic began, I've been to several doctor's offices utilizing a similar system and plan to keep that system going forward.
I recommend giving Argenta Counseling a chance and have recommended their services to several family members and close friends.

I recently got custody of my 15 year old son. He had been seeing a counselor through Argenta. I found the counselor to be unprofessional wanting to discuss reasons why I would move him to another therapy option in front of my child and telling me that "all therapy isn't created equally and he opens up to me" rather than discussing the matter privately or recommending other options more feasible for our changing family dynamic.

Scheduled an appointment and arrived at the appropriate office. There was a door bell when I walked in to notify the occupants of my arrival. The office is awkwardly setup and I looked around, there was no one in the office. I took a seat in the office, noticed there was an Arlo camera in the corner, I felt better about not seeing anyone because Arlo sends notifications to your phone to let you know when motion was detected. Sat there for probably 45 mins or so with no movement in the office, I finally called 20 mins or so after my appointment was supposed to start. After two awkward holds I was

I bought tickets to this event earlier this week. There were maybe 7-9 people going at that time. I showed up tonight with my sister-in-law, who drove 3 hours from South AR to be here, only to be turned away with an eye roll. Yes, she rolled her eyes at us. And said they were full. Hopefully, she will do the right thing and refund the money for our tickets.

Bought a ticket to the sound immersion session. Talked my sister in law into buying a ticket.. then drove three hours to attend. Only to be turned away because they were FULL! Now... they already have my money. They sold me a spot.... then I was turned away. Not cool. Yes, we were a few minutes late.. due to traffic .. BUT no where AT ALL in any of… the advertising did it say if you were not there on the hour you would be turned away... and the lady did not tell us we couldn’t come in because we were a few minutes late... she said “we are full” SO.. my thoughts are that
