Crystal is great. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would make it past two days in therapy. I’ve tried a few times in the past and have failed at committing. I even convinced myself of not believing in therapy and judging people that used therapy as an escape. I came to a point in my life where I was stuck, lost, not knowing where to turn. I thought I would open my mind and give it another go. I am so glad that I did. I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Hart. She is outstanding, very intelligent and knowledgeable.
She listens. She opens up your mind to places you don’t necessarily

Over the course of my life I’ve seen a sleuth of therapists for early childhood trauma to grief counseling after losing my Aunt who raised me like her own. I believe that finding a good therapist is important and that folks should shop around if they aren’t making actual progress. I shopped through at least 4 therapists before I found Rachel and she has helped me change my life. She’s thoughtful, pragmatic, always up to date on the newest research, and knows how to help you make life-changing connections. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.
