Mr. Leyba was a saving grace during one of the most difficult times in my life. He was non-judgmental, extremely professional, and he is experienced and tenured when it comes to DUIs. My DUI was successfully negotiated down to a Reckless Driving, despite the fact that my BAC was quite high.

He was always really professional with me. This was my first case ever and he was very patient with me. (I get really emotional sometimes....)
