MasterTech Auto Care was established in 1995 as a complete auto repair center with our original location on Dorset Avenue off Southern Blvd in Virginia Beach. In 2009, MasterTech Auto Care moved to its present location at the intersection of Holland & Rosemont Roads in the Chimney Hill area of Virginia Beach.

MasterTech does a great job describing and explaining a mechanical issue and how it affects the performance of your car. They also inform you about conditions that need attention in the near future. Example: We had a warped front wheel rotor that needed to be replaced. After resolving this issue they identified two suspension issues that would fail a state inspection but were not immediate safety concerns. Since a state inspection was due in 2 or 3 weeks the decision was made to correct the suspension issues at the same time as the state inspection. Because they alerted us to this condition, and

I LITERALLY will only have my 2007 Honda CRV serviced at MasterTech! From Stacey, to the Management (glad you are aboard Joel), to the Mechanics! I trust this shop! I highly recommend this company. Stacy and Sam are professional, friendly, trustworthy (which is a big deal to us!) and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced and do quality work. I highly recommend them for any mechanical work you need. Like everyone else right now, they have some staffing issues- but they are proactive in keeping you informed of progress and delays in the repairs. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. 5 stars!!

Stacy was very helpful and honest with all the inspections that were done. Turned out we had a nail in the tire and was gonna get it repair with him. But he was very honest and told us it never punctured through so all we paid for was the inspection price. This is the second time we trusted him with our vehicle. The first time we needed our wheel bearings replaced and he did a great job getting our car sounding and running great!!!
