Originally from Michigan, I moved to Arizona with my family as a young child, where I graduated Chandler High School. After meeting my husband, Ty, the dream of living in Payson started to take shape. My first career was in insurance, followed closely by motherhood. These experiences taught me the skills I needed to excel as Office Manager here at Main Animal Hospital.

These people are the most sweetest people that could’ve taken care of my furry babies. This group not only puts your animals first but ensures you that they will be given the best care and on top of that the best love. As soon as the vet saw my cat she automatically started kissing her face all over and I knew right then and there that she was not only doing this as a job but as something that she loves doing. I trust these people with my animals lives. They were there for me and my cat from step one all the way till the end. Words cannot describe how amazing and caring these people are but I

We brought in our dog Daisy, who needed emergency medical care, they refused to provide the service claiming their schedule is full for the day...our Daisy passed away that afternoon. Like many medical services in this town, they're just another production line void of customer service, carrying and I dare say humanity, hence why all our medical services including vets services are in the valley. we definitely don't recommend this business.

My 8 year old and best friend 8 lb.Yorkie was having no problems and in the best of health but I thought it was time to have his teeth checked. A Pre-Surgical check up and Bloodwork was carried out to ensure he was fit for anesthetic. On the date of the surgery, I delivered him at 7.30am and by lunchtime they told me he was dead. No Apologies, No Condolences, No Sympathy just a bill for $900.00. in addition to the $226.20. already charged to make sure this didn’t happen. Mercenary and totally Heartless. Dr. Peggy Sorenson you should be ashamed that this takes place in your name.

Dr. Sorenson and her staff are wonderful, they have taken such great care of our new puppy. I highly recommend this office. Each person there truly cares about animals and it shows. I have felt nothing but welcome and a sense of comfort bringing in my new addition. My puppy isn't afraid and is even happy to go!

I took my dog in on Monday very sick, vomiting and a fever. For one they are not requiring mask in this office and I am auto immune and have asthma. So, my husband Had takenour dog, wore his mask and they put one on for him knowing my concerns.
Dr. Sorensen gave her injection fluid and anti nausea medication and said to call the next day if she wasn't doing better.
The next day Tuesday we had a big snow. Yes the clinic knew it would snow. Wouldn't a vet knowing she sent a sick dog home and wanted a call on her well being would have taken a phone number home, have access at home to

I have had 2 appointments with 2 dogs where we wait in our cars in the heat, then finally get inside and wait 45 more minutes with no water for the dogs. then I am told they have been an hour behind all day, why didn't you call and let us know. now me and the lady behind me are all upset, along with 5 people standing in the back doing nothing, just talking.

Dr. Sorenson and her crew, went above and beyond to save my dog in an emergency surgery! Even more so, they provided the emotional support for us, kept us in the loop the entire time, and at a cost WAY lower than we would have been charged elsewhere. I am so thankful for you and your staff! We will be back and recommend you every single time.

This was the first place to answer my call and were able to get my dog in on the same day. They were very accommodating and on time with our appt. The end result was that my dog got the needed attention and the problem went away. The frustrating part was that I had to bring her in twice thus paying for two office visits and all that comes with it. While I appreciate the service that we got and the follow-up, I got the feeling that my dog would've undergone unnecessary surgery if I hadn't stepped up and said something on her behalf. As it so happened, only a dose of antibiotics were needed
