Most unethical!
The lady was so rude. I got a groupon here and called for an appointment. She said I have to pay $25 more to tone my hair. I said i didn't want to tone for which he said I cant do that. I told her she shouldn't be selling a false groupon like that for which she said "She is hair designer and I shouldn't tell her what to do!" So rude and unethical. She wanted me to pay more than groupon. I have highlighted my hair before several times elsewhere without toning my hair. She finally denied hair service to me. Cancelling my groupon. I hope groupon.com sees this wont let her post groupon

Fay asked me not to buy the Groupon saying she will match the price. I confirmed prior to coming that my daughter has long hair - upon getting to the salon Fay said her hair was “too long” and she will charge 10 extra dollars.
While she was friendly she over cut the length and my daughter was in tears
All of her hair brushes and combs were dirty and not sanitized and my daughter said the towel she used for drying hair also smelt
Extremely poor hygiene I would NOT recommend her

I just had my hair colored & styled by Fay. FABULOUS!! I brought in several pictures of styles I liked & WOW, Fay actually made it happen..the color she does is OUTSTANDING. Fay takes her time, she is never rushed, listens to the customer (me) & always provide excellent service. Fay is passionate, kind & just a wonderful person.. I will never go anyplace else to have my hair colored & styled neither will you once you go to Cut Color Beauty Salon. LOVE my hairstyle & color..

These guys are not professional. They are very rude. I called them multiple times for appointment and they asked to walk in. When I went there, they were not ready to give a slot. They collected my number and told will give a call back. They never called back also. They provide cheap deals in Groupon, but if you try to use it, they treat you rudely. I wont ever go to this place.
