James came out to evaluate the issues with my roof. He takes photos or video of the roof and shows you what he found and explained everything we needed to fix our roof, as well as explaining all the costs. He was on time for our appointment and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He completed the work, cleaned up the area and then again explained all he did. He was easy to work with and I will definitely call on him again.
