Great services from George Lane. On day 1, George took our issue and conducted a full roof inspection. He then worked with our insurance agent and joined him for a 2nd roof inspection to ensure nothing was missed. We now have a scheduled date for the roof replacement along with inside repairs as a result of water damage. A final review will be provided upon completion of that work. Based on George's handling of the work assignment thus far, I'm confident we will continue to have a great overall experience.

Evan came out to our house to do a roof inspection. He informed us we had wind damage on our roof due to the storms. He walked us through the entire claims process from start to finish. I made 1 call and he handled everything! The installers were so professional and cleaned up perfectly! The roof looks beautiful and I highly recommend!

Sooooooo thankful Caleb and Zac stopped by and introduced themselves one Saturday morning. I was in limbo with my roof. I knew it needed replacing but did not know who to call. I did not know who I could trust. So, I just kept putting it off. Caleb and Zac were in my neighborhood and I was messing around in the driveway. They saw my roof from the street and new it was in bad shape. They pulled up and we talked for a few minutes. They offered a free inspection and I agreed. Caleb walked the roof and pointed out several issues including damage that he felt would be covered by insurance. I accepted

This company is AMAZING and Kirk White is the absolute best person to work with. He is extremely honest and very friendly. Kirk was extremely informative, explained exactly what was going to happen all along the way, and kept in in constant communication with us. The quality of our new roof is unbeatable. They used the finest materials and the workers did an impeccable job putting them on. Ours was no easy roof and needed a great deal of repair. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work that was done. We were dreading doing this project, but Kirk and his employees made it a very enjoyable experience

My overall experience was "Great". I met Dean through a neighbor and right away he took the lead. He took care of everything necessary to replace my roof due to wind and hail damage. After the installation of my new roof I had several minor mishaps due to heavy rain while the roofers were working. I brought them to Dean's attention and he introduced me to Todd. Todd coordinated with me and took care of the minor mishaps in a timely manner. RWN crew and staff are top notch. I would recommend RWN Roofing to "Everyone", they give Customer Service a new name.
