Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was what I wanted and more! Our wedding was planned at the peak of covid shut down. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding several times. Amanda never dropped the ball on any details and always was on top of regulations in the event things would open up spontaneously.
We are originally from California and we were having a destination wedding. Considering we were not physically present to meet vendors we had to put our trust in Amanda. She never failed! She heard me cry laugh and much more. I never thought I would make a life long friend

Jenn and her team were professional, thorough and invaluable in planning our daughter's wedding at the Turtle Bay Resort on O'hau.
She knew exactly what to do and could meet any of our last minute needs. She seamlessly handled moving the wedding from the beach to the Wedding Pavillion without anyone knowing all the effort that was expended in those 30 minutes. We highly recommend her for planning your wedding and all other event needs.

Jen and her team at Savvy we're absolutely amazing! From the initial meeting we set up months before our wedding all the way through to the big day they were helpful, patient, supportive and very professional. I loved working with them and would recommend them to anyone I know. There were a couple minor hiccups on my wedding day (I.e. a ton of rain and a rather difficult DJ) and Jen and her team handled everything like absolute champs! Jenn and her team are extremely professional and know their stuff when it comes to wedding planning. Before the wedding as we were finalizing everything, she knew the details to hone in on and pointed out things that I didn't think about.
On the day of the wedding, the Savvy representative who was with me, was extremely calm and collected. Savvy was able to put my ceremony and reception together in only 15 minutes (the venue only gave us that much time). I forgot I left my marriage certificate in a file tucked away in my bags, but somehow they found it without even asking me. I highly recommend

With a month to plan and being ridiculously busy, we only had the venue locked in for our wedding. Jennifer and Amanda took care of us down to every last detail. They would make suggestions and weren't pushy about them but usually were spot on in the purpose of their recommendation. Having done so many weddings, they were extremely familiar with the quality of service each company would provide. Jen jumped in literally the day before the wedding and was a tremendous help. I gave her a rough draft of the wedding timeline and she ran with it and filled in all the gaps in an instant. The next day she had the complete timeline finished and the entire day went ridiculously smooth considering she learnt of my wedding just 24 hours before. She was incredibly nice and gracious and I felt a thousand times less stressed having there. Having a wedding coordinator is a must! They take away all of your stress so that you can focus on enjoying the most important day of your life. You don't

If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, trust me just DO IT. I put it off as long as I could to try and save money but jenn and Amanda at savvy are worth every penny. When I finally decided to bite the bullet and hire wedding coordination I chose savvy because they were quick to reply to emails, they were very easy to talk to on the phone and their prices were very affordable. Being from out of state I was worried how this would go but they made the process so easy! They kept me up to date helped me stick to a timeline and made sure to email me updates in a timely manner

Jenn and her team helped tremendously on the day of our wedding. One of the coordinator was with us the entire time the day of to make sure we were constantly well taken care of while another coordinator was on site handling everything else with the vendors. We would recommend to get their help at least on the day of because they would know a lot of things you don't normally think about and will be too busy to handle yourself on the big day. We could not have been happier with Jenn and her team at Savvy! We live outside the US and had never set foot in Hawaii. The thought of planning a wedding there felt daunting to say the least! Especially when dealing with a short time to prepare a destination wedding.
Visualizing the entire process is almost impossible, especially trying to understand all steps required to plan your special day.

I picked Savvy as they were a recommended vendor on the Turtle Bay Resort List and their price range was in line with our budget. Jenn and her team did such a fantastic job on our wedding. We were thrilled with the results and all of our friends/family were so impressed by them.

2.5 months later and I'm finally getting around to reviewing my wonderful team of vendors. Jenn and Kris were absolutely wonderful day-of-coordinators. They worked so well together and were very knowledgeable, efficient and effective with their executions. They got down the tiniest of details like remembering to bring my slippahs and a cotton towel to wipe my feet post-beach pictures. So cute!
The "Tall Package" was perfect for our budget and needs. The groom and I are pretty thorough planners and wanted to make our special day "ours," but we definitely needed day-of coordinators

Being a typical gung-ho bride, I tried to plan my wedding by myself. About two months out, a concerned friend told me that I needed to get a planner. And in came Jenn of Savvy to the rescue! She was able to point out things that I had overlooked (even down to tiny details such as packing up a few plates of food for me and my groom).
Jenn is very professional and extremely easy to work with. Her husband, Rich, is great and he helped build a beautiful arch for our ceremony as well as hand steamed our table linens amongst a million other things that day. They are a SUPER DUO!

Throughout the planning process we weren't sure of who to hire and had gone through many coordinators, especially through the Wedding Cafe, but we weren't going to spend 3000+ for a Coordinator. We knew what we wanted, we wanted to experience the entire wedding planning, but didn't want to deal with the day of stress.
