We pride ourselves on our ability to learn as much as possible about a client, and then taking that information, and using it to create the best program possible to help them achieve their goals. We start each client off with a thorough assessment. This process involves us taking a close look at your injury history, training experience, goals, and many more factors.

We will identify exactly what you are capable of doing to reach those goals from day one. Using the information gathered during the assessment, we will design an individualized training program. The attention to detail featured in each and every program requires that we take our time to do it right.
Services
As you progress, so does your program. The principles of training dictate that your program cannot stay the same to make continued progress. Our personal training program takes place in a Semi-Private setting with programs and coaching that are completely individualized and personalized for you.

Each month you will receive a new program- one to challenge you, excite you, and help you continue to build confidence in your body, your movement, and your strength.Our personal training program takes place in a Semi-Private setting with 1-4 people training at a time. Our coaches pride themselves on being able to adapt to your needs and individual circumstances.
Develop the strength, speed, injury resistance and agility necessary to compete at their highest level with our sport performance program. We know that choosing a partner to help your athlete reach his or her goals is an exercise in trust. You are trusting us with your child's dreams, and we take this trust seriously.
We have designed our group training classes to address the major areas of fitness; strength, aerobic fitness, advanced conditioning, and flexibility and mobility. By dedicating entire classes to these areas, you will see better results. We have created group classes for every level of fitness, and with multiple classes to choose from each week, you can mix and match the classes to fit your needs.

Great bootcamp classes, always challenging, incorporating weights and cardio. The coaches provide alternatives in the event of injury or other needs. Best in Btown hands down!!

Wonderful place to workout. I have been doing 3 sessions a week of PT for 8 years and they always find new ways to keep it fun and challenging.

Seemed like good program but couldn't hear trainer pitching me cuz a customer was dropping huge heavy steel weights from chest high and the noise was amplifed by the building shape and floor type maybe?

I love this gym. I go three times a week for personal training. The coaches are super knowledgeable and are passionate about their jobs and helping their clients.

Need a fast drop in work nm out theirs is hands down the most diverse and best fast paced flex in town. Be sure to check their schedule so you get there on time... you don't want to miss. Second.

While I am only on my 3rd week of group training and it is still kicking my butt, I love going! The trainers help keep it fun and modify any exercise for your skill level!

The premiere physical training for the city of Bloomington. Very friendly staff that is well knowledgeable. Whether you are a 4 time champion power lifter or someone who wants to loose a little weight; force fitness is the way to go.

I was only at Force during a 10 bootcamp session trial, but my results were fantastic. So I got this great deal and attended three 50-minute bootcamps a week for a little over 3 weeks. By my third session, people began to notice my body was getting leaner and started asking me what I was doing to lose weight. I love their bootcamp strategy, which is to do short bursts of intense activity to raise metabolism. They offer different activities every session so that you rarely ever do the same activity in a month, which keeps you from getting bored and/or dreading some activity you may not have liked
