Bradshaw Law LLC is a premier personal injury law firm that prides itself on providing outstanding client service and legal representation to clients in all areas surrounding Elko, Nevada and throughout the state of Texas. Among other cities in Nevada served are Reno, Winnemucca, Battle Mountain and Carson City.
As the founder of the personal injury firm, Bradshaw Law LLC, which started in Elko, Nevada, Denise has come a long way since her law career began. While taking undergraduate classes at night, she initially worked as a receptionist, legal secretary and then became a paralegal. Continuing to work as a paralegal while in law school, Denise went on to earn her Law Degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2007.
My wife and I were involved in an auto accident in late 2017. This resulted in both of us being air lifted to a hospital in Boise, Idaho for emergency care. In a roundabout way I became aware of Denise Bradshaw and her law firm located in Elko, Nevada. It was a fortunate leap of faith that I contacted her for help in this situation; being away from home and recovering the next five months in Boise.

Denise was heaven sent. My accident was one of the most stressful times for my family. I was involved in a motorcycle accident on May 31, 2018, in my home town of Wichita Falls, Texas. My local attorney had his hands full with this case. Five stars does not say enough. Denise Bradshaw of Bradshaw Law LLC is deserving of more praise than I can give to her in this review. I have over my life time dealt with probably a dozen attorneys and I fine that Denise was right there at the top. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and genuinely caring. My wife and I were one of the flood victims of the flood of 2017 and were one of the few that did have some flood insurance. Beyond the scope of her involvement representing us as plaintiffs concerning that flood, Denise additionally and without charge was instrumental in getting that claim paid

I want to tell you about my experience with Denise Bradshaw. If you want someone to fight aggressively for you and your rights, Denise is the attorney you want on your side. She is amazing! Now for my story. After someone backed into me, my biggest concern was getting my car fixed. But damage to my car took a backseat when my back started to hurt that night.
