Services
I started my career in Real Estate in 1985 and received my Brokers license two years later in 1987. I opened Baer & Company Realtors in 1987 serving both residential and commercial real estate needs. These included site selections and warehouse space for Wal-Mart. After many years, I decided to dedicate my time to residential real estate only and joined Crye-Leike Realtors.
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, I graduated from Christian Brothers High School in 2003. I went onto Indiana University where I completed my undergraduate studies in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business in 2007. I bought his first house shortly after graduating college and has been involved in real estate ever since.

We listed our home with Rick Baer. He was upfront about the actual pricing structure, which we wanted to hear. We priced it pretty aggressive, but a bit more to have some room for negotiation. Within 2 weeks we had a contract. His original price is pretty much where it played out. The following week we had a contract on our new home. He has been there every step of the way to answer our questions and make sure the paperwork was correct. Thanks Rick!
