Could improve by hiring a proficient construction project manager and designer. 2nd floor landing already has a roof leak. No towel bars or even a toilet paper bar present in brand new unit. Mounted ceiling fan/light not working. Huge bathroom but no closet space?? Zero internet connectivity established-no company even has service here-did NOT inform prior to lease signing (Property manager blames Comcast) and tries to remedy with wireless hotspot that is completely useless in an area with shotty cell reception. Classic bait and switch. Extremely disappointed mgmt seems content with worthless WiFi

Getting in to the rental was no problem initally and the staff at 901 were very nice and congenial. We were slightly pressured to take a rental we wanted before we were ready to move in. We were selling our current residence. The day we moved in we diacovered the refrigerator was not working. This was initially only a slight probelm because our condo had not yet sold so we just remained there. Two months later we still do not have a working refrigerator and we close on our sale next week. All we have received in regards to the problem are half truths and excuses. Please Beware!!

Do not rent from these people. In 2 years, they have raised rent by almost $500. Then they call and ask why you're leaving and let you know they'll be showing your apartment right away with little notice. But you have to give them a 60 day notice. Their move out policies actually break the law, you just have to get a lawyer to fight them. I promise you, the Biltmore is not worth $1200. Tyler Willis is the absolute worst. Run from these people as fast as you can. I promise you will find something so much better. I know I did.
