I highly recommend Home Pride. My project manager, Daniel Steinspring took care of every detail from start to finish. I assumed I would have to pay retail to replace my old roof, but Daniel said he could work with the insurance company on my behalf. Daniel managed the entire process including being onsite to talk directly with the adjuster and onsite on day of installation. Daniel kept me informed throughout the process and the extent of my involvement was a couple of calls with the insurance company to verify information, signing a couple of forms and picking out the roof color. I had major hail damage from spring 2016 storm. I needed a complete new roof & siding & facia replaced. The representative Keith Woods ordered shingles he tried to sell me but I did not approve because I wanted the same shingle I had on the roof that was done in 2013. I came home to find my roof done in brown when I clearly told him I wanted the same thing I had. I called him right away but he insisted his product was better & I should keep it. I told him I hated it. I also had siding replaced which in my opinion is poorly installed. I have crank out windows that will not open now because

They did a major roofing job on my house several years ago. This last winter it developed a minor leak when snow sat on the roof. The guy they sent out said there was a nail in the flashing between two roof lines and the cost to fix it would be $2300. When I pointed out that the only reason there would be for a nail to be there was if they put it there when they my tarped the roof. They won't do anything about it and the owner won't return my repeated calls. I would never recommend this company.

I do not recommend them. Poor quality workmanship. They replaced our roof about a year ago. The first time it rained after that installation, we had a huge leak around the skylight, with water pouring in. A manager came out, said the skylight was installed improperly, moved it and resealed. Now, every time we get a heavy rain, the skylight leaks. Home Pride says it is not guaranteed because they didn't replace the skylight when the roof was installed. Now I have to call a reputable roofer to come out and fix their mistake.

I have used Home Pride Companies Inc 3 times over the last 15 years and they continue to surprise me. 98% of the time my sales rep was absolutely perfect.! The other 2% of the time they were very efficiently correcting any issues that had risen during the remodeling process. I like the way the sales men looked into my eyes!
