This bathroom was ready for a face lift and I was excited to take on the challenge. The customer wanted to create not only a beautiful looking space but one that was functional as well. Her mother had recently undergone surgery and was coming to stay with her. She was having mobility issues and needed a shower that was easy for her to access.
This customer was taking on finishing his basement all by himself but decided to reach out for a few projects he wanted to have checked off his list just a little bit quicker than his own time allowed. I installed shelving in a few basement closets, tiled and trimmed the basement bathroom and installed a new vanity.
This was such a fun renovation that I was honored to be asked to take on. After being recommended by others, this customer gave me a call to come give her a bid on completing a bathroom gut and remodel on her newly purchased home.
I loved all of the materials the customer helped pick out (some of them are the exact same materials we used in our own custom home build!) and the end result was a beautiful bathroom that they can enjoy for years to come!

After a large hail storm rolled through Waverly, NE in late spring 2017, tons of customers were in need of repairs - from minor fixes like replacing a few pieces of siding with damage to major fixes like complete roof replacements. That was the case for this customer and I was happy he turned to JLC Exteriors LLC for the job!
Josh did our bathroom remodel in the spring of 2017. My husband and I recently moved to Eagle. Our bathroom was outdated and needed a serious face-lift. I got Josh's name from a referral. Josh was very prompt to come out and give us an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and true to cost at the end of the remodel.
