I can strongly recommend Nate Prather at Opes Real Estate.
I found Nate by calling about a property he was the listing agent for as a potential studio space for my family portrait studio. In about 5 minutes of listening to my needs Nate told me the property wasn't a fit but he could help me find a place that was as a broker agent.
The next day I had about 60 properties in my inbox. I probably should have been more specific but that's my fault but hey better too many than too few.
I'll admit, I was skeptical of what a brokerage agent can do for me. After all, an agent is paid their commission
