Great Hope Preschool (GHP) is developmentally appropriate in its approach to early childhood care and education. In the winter of 2018 our Lake Magdalene location in Tampa opened. In the summer of 2020 GHP assumed the operations of the childcare center, previously TodayCare Children's Center, located on PHSC's West Campus at 10230 Ridge Road in New Port Richey.
Our program provides each child with the opportunity to attach firmly to a warm, responsive, appropriate, and consistent adult during the early years of your child's life. We believe that children learn best by active exploration of their learning environment through play. Play is the foundation for academic learning and discoveries.

My grandson has been going there for two years at the Wesley Chapel location. Never had any issues with any teacher. I know they have had staffing changes this year, but never have I ever felt like my grandson was not taken care of. And I don't have a routine, I pop up at different times to pick up and drop off.

This daycare needs to have stricter policies regarding children with food allergies. I had to rush my daughter to the emergency room because they served peanut butter to the other kids in her classroom and she was exposed to it. They know that she has the allergy and they have her epi pen. Some children are so sensitive to peanuts that even if they touch something that had peanuts on it like a table for example or if another child that had peanut butter didn't wash their hands then came in contact with a child that's allergic they can have a reaction.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone! My son never wanted to be dropped off at this center and was always so happy to get picked up. The facility director is very mean to her staff and openly degrades and yells at them in front of both children and parents. We have friends whom have also left this center for that reason alone. The Teachers are amazing but really held back by their leadership. Also, my son always came home smelling like bleach which was odd. I am also a little saddened to see the response from the owner to a previous review regarding a child abuse incident. As a former
