Fargo dentist, Dr. Melinda Harr graduated Summa Cum Laude from Jamestown College in 1992, where she was also a College Fellow in Nursing. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 1999, graduating with high distinction.

At 68, I have seen my share of dental offices over the decades and I'm sorry it took this long to find this magnificent practice (not entirely fair...Dr. Harr wasn't even born when I started going to the dentist!). She is one amazing dentist who supports an amazingly efficient, professional and truly enjoyable staff...from the front desk through the entire organization. If only all health-related services operated like this practice does...there would be many more happy and healthy people in our community following the example they set. I have never really looked forward to a dentist appointment but Dr. Harr and staff have changed my perception regarding going to the dentist.

One year update — Dr. Harr put two crowns over two teeth and also repaired some veneers that another dentist had installed, and that had been giving me a lot of problems. I just had a cleaning and exam, and all the work that she and her great staff did a year ago is working perfectly! Very competent, helpful, and pleasant staff.

I first walked into her start up clinic when it was near the corner of 25th St. South & 13th Ave South in Fargo and have stayed with her through her office moves, AND my cross country move.
Yes, I fly back to Fargo to have my dental work done. That's how much I adore her and her staff.
From the helpful & friendly staff to the computer assisted Novocain injection & Cerec 3d crown technology - I can't sing their praises enough.

Dr. Harr is excellent, but I have had some issues with the way billing and appointment scheduling works, which has caused me to unknowingly have several hefty bills passed my way without explanation or forewarning. I feel that the customer service was lacking overall, which was frustrating and led to a lack of trust. Needless to say, I'm seeking a new dentist in the area.
