I'm enjoying these apartments very much! The grounds are very clean and well-kept. Since the buildings are on a cul de sac, it is a quiet and little road traffic. I love the modern and upgraded features in my unit. Any issues or service requests are responded to quickly. The staff and manager are very friendly. Overall, I love being here! Highly recommend it!

I was not going to post anything as I am a very understanding person. But the upstairs unit is leaking into my apartment. We called the property manager left message. Called the maintenance they said they couldn't respond till tomorrow in the mean time I'm being rained on by the upstairs unit unto my personal property. I have pictures and videos of the leaks. I am holding the property owner and people upstairs responsible if this problem is not fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.

I lived in the apartment for about 3 years. When I first moved in the manager neglected to tell me that all 3 of my neighbors would be college students. From day one there were party's. The drinking, the smoking weed, and the loudness was just horrible. Complain after complain after complain to the manager and still nothing was done, I guess her contract with Whittier College was worth more than my SANITY. The management is awful - they have an excuse for everything they do wrong - cable doesn't work because Fios is transitioning (Charter was the actual carrier), mold on walls came back because they forgot to prime, power is out because of a storm (our complex was the only one without power), cockroaches because of water, fitness room consists of a bike from 1960 that has never worked, a $60 weight bench and 1 stepper, cable in there is usually off because of non-payment, blah, blah, blah.
