We have lived here for 6 years and gone through several managment changes. Some good, some not so good. The current staff are really nice and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. However, our rent has increased almost $700 in the 6 years. Also, many new residents are rude, loud, and disrespectful. Using the pool area as their own personal space. Throwing loud parties with booze, loud music, and excessive guests which are supposed to be prohibited. Manager does not live on site so no one takes care of these issues unless we call the police. I would like to enjoy my evenings with my windows

Our experience with Kendallwood has been fantastic! It began with a tour of the complex. We first visited without an appointment, but Rhonda was there to show us around and give us all the information we needed. Teresa helped us with a second visit to view the inside of the apartment. We have called and emailed them with numerous questions and have always gotten prompt answers. Rhonda and Teresa have provided excellent customer service and have made the move in and transition easy and smooth.

Continued change in management. When I moved in Management was nice and friendly. Patios were allowed to be decorated and plants were allowed on the patios. Management allowed 5his for months, I was told by the first manager, "the patio is part of your home, decorate". Within two months it all changed. One day I got home and my plants had been placed on the floor, inside the patio, I rented without notifying me the were entering my apartment.
The initial contract excluded my two pets which were clearly written on the application. Eight months later, new management wanted to change the rental amount
