We have been here many times over the years. Their food has always been good, not great but good and decently priced. We went yesterday and right when our food was coming out I looked up and realized the only staff member wearing a mask was the hostess. The bar tenders were maskless and so were all the waiters. I didn't notice it at first until the food was literally at our table so we did eat and left quickly. I was shocked that the company would violate the MA indoor mask mandate and it made me question their overall sanitation standards. I was extremely uncomfortable especially because

Today I picked up 5 different meals plus a pizza. What a hit with my family!!! Everyone tasted some of everything and the pizza was to die for. 621 pizza..so fresh. The hostess was amazing, friendly and helpful in helping me to my car with the food.
Everyone said they could not wait to visit when they could sit inside. And...I think we have enough food left because of the huge portions for another meal for 5. Thank you 621 for your amazing food and service.

Their steak tips are bomb as hell. Don't add extra salt to fries (fries give you a slap in the face of salt after chewing). Their burgers are cool but let me tell you one thing they get an A+ on is those pickles! They have to be making them back of house cause those are some of the best pickles I've ever had! My lortttttt.

We ordered dinner from here via GrubHub. Took forever to get delivery.
That was the best part. It got much worse.
When we opened the styrofoam container with the chicken, there was a dead roach in the bottom. Threw out all of the food.
GrubHub provided a 20% discount on our next order using GH, but we will never order from this place again.

Came back again tonight with the baby. Can I just say this place is the best! Not only do they have delicious food but they are accommodating to large parties, small parties and new parents like us who just want to get out of the house and have a good meal with an infant. lol sound personal, but true.
Today I tried the turkey tips and they are the bomb.com! I LOVED them almost as much as I love their sirloin tips! Honestly, you cannot go wrong here just expect a bit of a wait for dinner between 6:30-7:30pm!

Stopped in for lunch unexpectedly.
We Ordered eggplant sandwich, chicken Parmesan and the blue plate special. The eggplant and chicken were just okay. Probably not the place to order and expect good Italian cuisine. The eggplant was bitter and dry. Definitely would not recommend.
One pet peeve is when they don't offer free refills on soda and offer a refill but don't inform you that you will be charged. Free refills are such the norm in today's restaurants that it is surprising when you get a $2 charge per refill.

A group of us went there last night. I heard the turkey tips were delicious so I ordered them. Five of us did. Our order came. One of my friends turkey tips didn't come because it had burned. They apologized but my friend had to wait until they cooked her another order. To me It's excruciating to sit and watch while everyone else is eating. They should have given her a free salad or something.
Meanwhile I am a very slow eater. I didnt notice until 1/4 of the way in that mine were burnt too. The 1st two were overcooked and dry but as I kept eating l flipped the rest over and the burnt

However.....last night we decided to try something different and got two orders of the haddock sandwich with fries and a country fried chicken dinner.
I was there promptly and waiting for my order to be sure it was as hot as possible when I got home..The order was ready as promised.
I was home within 5 minutes after picking up my order.
The CFC was ok but both of the fish orders were RAW and cold on the inside and appeared to be frozen, they were tasteless and quite disgusting. The

Love love LOVE the Chicken Caesar salad pizza from 621!! Yes PIZZA!
It's quite genius if you ask me. Fresh dough loaded with greens, chopped chicken and Caesar dressing. The dressing makes the "sauce" for the pizza and think of the dough as a big crouton.
It's Malden's best kept secret of you ask me.
Location is very much a bar/pub feel but the people that you find in there are locals that either know each other or will know each other by the time you leave.
