I've lived here for a few years now, the apartments themselves have the usual issues that come with old buildings that aren't properly maintained: bad insulation, no AC, poor sound dampening, etc. But you can visit and see if those issues matter to you, for me, they didn't.
But the issue that you can't learn about until you live here is how the management is. Well, it's equally poor. They forget about issues you make them aware of and they try to squeeze you for as much money as they can. Heck, they just told me they want to raise the rent by $150 ... on Thanksgiving. What a way to enjoy the holidays

I just moved in towards the end of April, into a 2 bedroom 2 bath lower level unit. What's really cool about this complex is the way the
Apartments are arranged like homes. For example, I have no one on top of me, or beside me really. It is super quiet, the grounds are maintained beautifully, and everyone from the residents to the leasing agents, to the maintenance folks are all super friendly, professional, and prompt. The carports are extra wide, and the extra spot for another car is appreciated.
Shout out to Kayla, Lauren, John and Don for their promptness and attention to detail.

Our experience living at the Westlake Meadows apartment was awesome. Friendly staff, clean areas (pool/hot tub/front office/grounds/dog park). We lived there for about a year and loved our apartment. We never had any issues and any maintenance that was needed was quickly fixed and taken care of. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live.

We just moved here a few months ago and already Westlake Meadows is my favorite apartment that I've lived in! The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is really on top of things, every maintenance request we've put in has been done within a day. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location, just off I-5 so it's easy for me to get to work, but it feels secluded and quiet. They even have a dog park for our pup! :)

The location is awesome. Private & quiet, but direct access to freeways. We have had nothing but good experiences with our neighbors. The complex is a short drive to everything we need: grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Our unit is great--we're in the remodeled 1 bedroom with loft. Fine for two adults, but wouldn't want to go any smaller. The leasing agents at Westlake Meadows have all been FANTASTIC and so helpful! Overall the apartments are great. The rent is about the same as in the area and they let you pay for two covered parking spots, which is nice. For the most part, it’s relatively quiet, except for a neighbor that bangs on walls and what not every evening around nine, but it’s not that bothersome. The apartments are spacious and the added storage on the deck is a bonus. We have new carpeting and new fixtures, that being said, there are nails poking up through the carpet and I’ve cut my feet on them several times now. I have lived here for about two years and have found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful. I had a roof leak in my unit that caused the ceiling in my kitchen to warp and sag, which maintenance was quick to fix with a temporary patch while the roof was being replaced. The office staff followed up after the completion of the roof and scheduled a time to finish the patch work. They were easy to coordinate with and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Overall Westlake Meadows is a great place to live!

Been here for 3 years and I love it...Quiet and peaceful, the staff has always been great and the property is very nice. I had an issue with my walkway retaining water after a heavy rain but the work done in 2016 to improve the drainage has completely corrected the issue of tree roots damaging the drains. Ive lived in a lot of apts over the years and this is the best.

I have lived at Westlake Meadows a few months now, and it keeps getting better and better. Our move in process was rocky, but everything else has been stellar. Westlake has an incredible maintenance team; I've worked in the multifamily industry for many years--this team cares, is attentive to detail, and is professional but personable. The tenant mix is really cool: lots of dogs & dog people, with everyone really friendly and supporting the community atmosphere that Westlake strives for.
