This office should be ashamed of themselves. They perform dishonest business practices and ignore patients when asked for documentation
I received a filling two years ago, paid my copay in office and was told that they had ran my benefits and the copay would be my only out of pocket cost.
Fast forward to last week (two years later). I received a call from the office saying I have an outstanding bill from the procedure two years ago. I called and asked for more detail and explained this must be a misunderstanding. I was told they would speak with the office manager and get back to me. They responded

The team Dr. Alexander has created is exceptional. From the time you walk in there is a feeling of sincere care. The technology is top notch and Dr. Alexander and the entire team have an ability to explain things in a way that is easily understood. I’ve personally seen her go above and beyond for her clients, she’s the real deal.

I was referred to Dr. Alexander because I had a snoring problem. I work in the Dental field myself and I know many dentists so I was always curious what kind of experience I would have at her office. I was greeted by a very nice person at the front desk and within minutes I was walked into a treatment room and greeted by Dr. Alexander. She spent almost an hour with me between the exam, which created a digital image of my mouth and explaining the reason for my snoring. She explained that the Somnomed appliance would move my lower jaw forward and could be adjusted to ensure we found the proper solution

I tried very hard to love this practice. Doc even gave me her cell in case I had issues. But they NEVER answer the phone. All they want to do is text- even after you tell them a 5 min phone call would be better than a 2 hour text. I also didn’t like that they switch my invoices to out of network which cost me extra money- I can afford it but I should have been told. I pay for insurance so I am NOT out of network. Disappointed with the staffing turnover - which happened preCovid. I love Selma who does the impressions and Invisalign tho.

Everyone is AWESOME! Dr Alexander is very caring and loves her profession. Her staff is amazing. They will tell you details what they are doing. Renee at the front desk is one of the most friendliest persons I have met. Such enthusiasm. I can’t remember my hygienist but she was AWESOME!!! Definitely recommend this practice.

Doctor Hannah and her staff are all outstanding. The office feels elegant yet homey, and their dental work is top-notch. The cleanings are both gentle and through, and the exams utilize some neat technology which showed my smile in a way I’ve never seen before. This provides much more clarity when Doc discusses all things dentistry. I’ve moved around a lot and have had a handful of dentists before my wife found us Alexander Family Dentistry. This place is the best mix of modern technology with experience and confidence of industry veterans. And they took our insurance - win/win/win!

Absolutely best dentist I have had! Dr Alexander and her team have excellent bedside manner and always make me feel at ease. If you are cold in winter, they have warm and cozy blanket, sometimes even the hand wax machine. I had my Invisalign treatment done here and I have a nice smile now after months. They even sing me birthday song during one visit which happened to be on my birthday!
I cannot agreed more with the other reviewer whom mentioned about their willingness to adjust to any financial needs you have and adjustments you need to make to your treatments as a result. They are truly a caring
