We understand life happens, schedules change, but please give at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our professional stylists to adjust their schedule accordingly, and us an opportunity to accommodate clients on our waiting list. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will do everything we can to work with your schedule.
Crystal has been passionate about hair for over 10 years, cares very much about providing excellent service and skill to her clients, and will always make sure you leave happy with her fun personality! Victoria has been in the hair industry for 4 years. She specializes in mens cutting techniques, and takes pride in the attention to detail that color services entail!

I was really scared after the initial styling, and I thought I looked like a pipe cleaner. The lady who did my hair was not the same as who styled it, the lady who styled it had curled it so that it was flat on top and then the ends stuck straight out lol. After I went home and styled it the right way, it looked exactly how I wanted. I should've showed the stylist my reference photos to avoid the confusion but overall the cut was great and that's all that matters!

I drive a hour just to see Victoria. She is kind and absolutely nonjudgmental about the things I do with my hair. She has no problem fixing your hair with a smile on her face(under the mask). I've had my hair done multiple different ways by her, the first time I got a darker blonde on my hair with platinum face framing. The second time she did a copper color with some more platinum added in. And this last time she got my hair from the yellow mess I made while waiting for a appointment to the ashy blonde in the second picture with short hair. I truly appreciate her time and the energy she gives

So I went for my first professional hair cut, color correction and all over color since I was a kid. I came out so sad that I spent $400 on this because I probably could have done better at home. Lisa Nunez was very nice but not a good hairdresser. I have extreme damage even after the cut, two tone hair color and spots around my face missing color. The pictures I’ve added are from right after I left the salon and today 4 days later.

Don't go here! I paid way to much money for the end results to look like I did it at home! I wanted to go pink but had lots of other dark colors in my hair so I wanted a color correction, cut and dye. I came out 2 tones and color missing in spots. $400 (with tip) and 5.5 hours for a dye job that looks like I did it at home! I went into Sally's to ask if they might be able to help and when the saw and felt my hair they were just shocked, mind you I've never bleached my hair before and it all feels like straw now.

However, It was the worst (and most expensive) hair experience I've had.
I had a prior balayage done and I asked her to bring the blond closer to my roots.
Instead, She re-bleached the bottom of my hair and used toner without permission.
After, my fine curly hair was incredibly damaged. She was unable to brush the hair after shampooing in the salon. she coated my hair with oil so she could brush it (above picture). I left looking like a complete greaseball.
After showering twice to get the oil out, I discovered

Best Customer Service! If your looking for the Salon for you, this is it. Beauty & Beast Salon is wonderful, with a spa feeling. They listen, they care about what you want, and they do an exceptional job. I have gotten my hair done here since they opened and have had to go to other places but always end up back here. I have known Crystal since before she opened B&B Salon and she has always done a beautiful job on my hair. Today I had the pleasure of getting my hair highlighted, cut and my eyebrows tinted and my eyelashes lifted. What a great experience. I feel like a new woman. Thank you Ladies

Very unsatisfied for the service. Made an appointment for my mother-in-law, she doesn’t speak English so before even scheduled the appointment I told the tech the situation. I asked if anyone spoke Spanish or if they needed help translating I could of attended with her, she made me feel confident that they would be able to assist her with her lack of English, I forgot to mention that while on the phone with the tech I said she wanted a haircut and asked for the price the lady said $45 for women’s cut, I told her how long her hair was. Forward to her appointment date. She goes in the salon and

Go see Allie! I had a medical condition that had caused a lot of hair loss and thankfully I am healing in the process of growing it back. She was so kind and did such a great job with my hair, I literally look like I have a new head of hair. She is professional and down to earth, and very talented.

My hair has been dead for a long time from bleaching and box dying and i decided today was the big chop day. Lisa sat me down and listened to what i wanted and i got exactly that. I truly love my neighborhood salon! I moved here just 2 years ago and shortly after, Beauty & Beast opened their doors. Lisa is my stylist but in the beginning I had been with Victoria as well. Crystal has a strong team and a positive one! Lisa has always been a positive piece to my experiences with getting my hair done or eyebrows waxed. I have naturally curly hair and Lisa has always known how to cut it so that I didn't feel bald when I walked out. Lisa has given me honest feedback about any colors or styles I've mentioned & does her best to get it right every time I see her

This salon is awesome! I moved to the area 2 years ago & once Beauty & Beast Salon opened in my neighborhood, I never looked back! Lisa is my present stylist, she’s always open in conversation, always gives you honest feedback about the style or cut you’re exploring & most of all, she has always done a beautiful job with my hair. I’ve had my brows done by her as well and zero complaints. Before Lisa, I had seen Victoria and she was just as awesome but had went out to have a baby so they made sure Lisa covered me and I’m truly happy to have found a salon so close to home with a great staff

Mackenzie is the best hairstylist I've ever been to. Every time I've come in to get my hair done she knows exactly how I want it/like it. She is so accommodating and listens to feedback in order for us to be happy and for her to learn more. I would recommend anyone wanting to get their hair done to go to her. She's seriously the best!! This place is professional and have other very nice employees as well.

Posted a review under an anonymous name but i don't even care anymore. if i could give this place zero stars i would. DO NOT COME HERE. i called and made an appointment and SPECIFICALLY asked for someone who's good with CURLY hair. the lady who did my hair had the straightest hair i have genuinely ever seen but i didn't think anything of it. as i was getting my hair done another employee with this head of huge beautiful curly hair walked by me and i thought it was weird no one suggested me to her but again i didn't think anything about it. i liked my hair when it was finished

I wasn't sure there would be much help for my daughter's hair and I was completely wrong. Crystal is pure magic and a fountain of knowledge She turned my daughter's home bleached, then lavender dyed hair into the most beautiful sunset of color. I've searched high and low in Tucson for a salon to call home and now we have found it! Crystal was so thorough in our consultation, upheld the integrity of my daughter's hair, and quite literally performed a miracle. Wonderful energy in an adorable setting. McKenzie is a skilled stylist. I went to her for a consultation about getting extensions put in and she was kind enough to walk me through the whole process including, color-matching my hair, discussing my options, and providing me with the resources I needed to make a decision. 10/10 would recommend!

Love this salon!!! I had a color correction done from green hair to blonde and it was amazing how good it turned out! Everyone is so nice and took such great care of me! They are very diligent about making sure everything is clean. I was at the salon for several hours (going from green to blonde is not a fast process) and I saw everyone one disinfecting all of their tool and every time someone moved chairs they wiped it down. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this salon! Love!!!!

Hands down best hair salon I've personally been to. Employees are super nice, informative and most importantly do great work! Crystal cut my hair and Victoria did a fire inspired color and everything turned out better than I even expected! Crystal Kea did an amazing job using partial highlights, a color stabilizer, fresh cut & style to manage my grey hair growth instead of the usual full color fix I would do myself or have a previous salon complete.
She is a highly professional and a great colorist who uses up-to-date technology and technique.
