This place have just one doctor. I even feel bad for him because you see him running from patient to patient. A lot of assistants but just one doctor and the waiting time is always an hour or more. The service is ok also the price but they should have more doctors available to take care of the amount of patients waiting for him to take care.

I always have a great experience at Junca Dental. The staff is very kind. If you arrive a bit before your appointment you will be seen timely! Also, Julie is very careful when doing my cleanings. I have other dental hygienist in the past who were extremely rough but that is not the case with Julie at all.

I had an emergency broken crown he checked me right away and took care of my problem. He gave me great service and a very good price !!

Julie was wonderful!!! I had to get a deep cleaning and I'm the worst!. I get really nervous and scared and Julie was so gentle. She explained the whole process for me and gave me some anesthetic. The cleaning was an hour and a half for each side divided into two appointments. A 100% recommend Juncá dental and ask for Julie! She's the best!!!!!

Absolutely best family dentistry I’ve ever been to ! Since I walked in with my children I was greeted and felt at home. I was scheduled for a ROOT CANAL and was honestly terrified, it was my first one ever. The staff all made sure I felt comfortable and more at ease. The dentist and dental assistant mades jokes and provided a happy environment, … made me forget all my tension. Such kind hearted people. Let’s not forget how Mr. Junca has magic hands! I felt absolutely no pain during my root canal. I couldn’t believe he didn’t have to put me to sleep and I felt no pain

Unfortunately I had to reach out to find another dentist. I've experienced too many problems for far too long and good customer service is key to retaining my business.
First, there were the repeated billing issues. Duplicate billing to my insurance companies, billing in excess of the charges incurred, unclear explanations for these events. I've had to reach out to my insurance companies to gain a better understanding of how these matters should be handled, I've explained it to the staff more than once and have been told (repeatedly) that the information was included in my file

The staff is very unprofessional & the $ 75 new patient deal ,the hygentist doesn't do any cleaning. Bright now dental is 10 x more professional & not racist. They tried speaking in Spanish code against me & I do speak Spanish & shut that down immediately. I've never experienced so much resistance in making a simple appointment. it took me 15 minutes just to make a simple appointment & I told them all this & walked out. I don't tolerate unprofessionalism.

I take my mom to see Dr Junca, which for anyone that knows me, speaks volumes of him. As I probably take more care in choosing her Drs than mine. But having said that he is as honest a dentist as I have ever met. She has been seeing him for the past 8 years. At first she was think of getting flexible dentures which she had done. She felt them uncomfortable and he replaced them but she was still unhappy so we spoke and decided instead to do a crown and a bridge. Then later consider bone graft sinus lift and implants. Takes time to convince her because of the pain she envisions but working
