Met with Mark to describe our situation and he was knowledgeable and put our minds at ease. Case was handled by Sam and he immediately went to work on our case. He kept us updated as needed. Initially there were some billing issues from billing personnel but we were informed they were in the middle of switching to a new system however, eventually Sam got to the bottom of it and everything worked out. Sam was also friendly even after work was done all while reimbursing us portion of unused retainer which was honest of him and refreshing to us.
