I hired this firm to defend me from a secret indictment that I received from the prosecutors. It caught me completely off guard and was a shock. I was able to speak with the owner of the firm late at night on a Friday. He was up front and honest with me, and his quote was a flat rate rather than a retainer. At first this confused me, but when I went to court I better understood it. This firm is aggressive, they send more than one attorney to fight for you. So with their flat fee they are not worrying about billing me the maximum hours they can but they are worried about the outcome they are getting

Outstanding service!!! My lawyer was Adam Carro. This was the 10th time I used a lawyer for court and Adam was by far the best...worth every penny!!! Great communication, quick response time and when my case hit some speedbumps, he handled them easily. He showed great poise in the courtroom and knew exactly how and when to talk with my "hard cookie" of a judge. Simply the best I could have hoped for. I asked a friend who handles civil cases if she could recommend an attorney to me that wasnt "one of the good old boys" and she sent me to Mr. Patituce. I was really happy with all of the attention he gave my case as well as the attorney that worked with him. Attorney Carli Citraro kept me informed of each step of my case and let me know what was going on whenever I asked.
In court both attorneys were clearly well respected by the judge, and I heard the prosecutor saying that she was willing to offer me whatever it took to make my case avoid an evidence

I could not be happier with the outcome of my case. I spoke to a couple of other criminal defense attorneys in Toledo but I was referred to Joe by a friend who had used his services. He was professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. The judge was definitely impressed with his work and dismissed my driving under the influence charge after a fairly conentious hearing. The deputy remarked at how lucky I was to have an attorney willing to fight for me like that.

I had a trusted friend who works in the municipal court building refer me to Mr. Patituce. I had spoken with another attorney who did nothing but talk about how great he was, but Mr. Patituce was more focused on how he could help me. When I asked him about the other attorney I was sold because he refused to speak poorly about his competitor.

100% the best choice I could have helped for. If you need a heavy hitter you need to go with these guys. They arent local in the sense that they work for the court. I talked to a lot of attorneys before hiring them, and everyone told me I needed to hire someone who knew the judges. I talked to Attorney Patituce over the weekend, and he was the only person I felt was honest with me about possible outcomes.
I court it was amazing. I saw a couple of attorneys I hired, one was Attorney Butcher. I watched his client get blown away. This was important to me because he kept telling me how great he was
