My husband and I moved into our apartment a couple months ago and it is all due to Krista. This is our first actual place together. We both feel like Krista did everything she could to help us get into the apartment. After we were moved in and we let her know that our exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working she had maintenance in there fixing it the next day. All in all I would and have recommended a few people that are looking for a place that Plato's Cave is a place to go. I have even suggested them to talk to Krista. Thank you Krista for everything. Mr. And Mrs. Milner.

The internet is pretty decent and they have decent property manager but the washers and dryers are almost all broken if not all. Their clubhouse isn't owned by the park and is currently for sale, they listed a pool in amenities when we moved in and assured us they had a pool it wasn't until after moving in we found out it's been broken over a year and drained of water whenever you ask the maintenance they say they have no intention of fixing it. The front office says it will repair it but will refuse to ballpark a date to when it'll be worked on even when asking if it'll be months or years and

No wired internet, wifi didn't work. Was charged 75$/mo for amenities including a pool that was not open year round and an inaccessible laundromat because the building caught fire. Electric range did not work even with the proper pots/pans. Was told a tv would be included and it was never brought. Neighbors were very noisy and disruptive even as late as 2am and nothing was done by management about it. Would give this location zero stars if I could, it's only sightly better than a weekly hotel but much more expensive.

I moved into this place and I have to see these are some of the most friendliest property management members I’ve ever encountered. I’d like to say had some minor issues but within a short amount of time my concerns were being handled immediately of which one was handled as I was moving my things into the apartment that same day by Stanley the Maintenance man and then my next issues I reported them and that same day and next day Stanley and the Maintenance man Dillion both took concern and begin fixing the issues immediately! These are some of the most laid back courteous staff I’ve encountered

OMGoodness, Krista is the property manager of the year!! Her beautiful smile, made me smile after I had just stop crying. She has a compassionate spirit that I could feel in the way that she spoke to me. She was professional and knowledgeable of her job. The entire complex is clean and the amenities are great. I am so happy to be living here.
