My husband and I lived at Bee Creek for a year (would have stayed longer if jobs did not move us) and absolutely loved our time there! The location in Branson is perfect to all shopping and restaurants while still on the north side of town for easy access to Springfield. The apartments are large, very well kept, and quiet for apartment life. We loved spending time at the pool in the summer. The neighbors were always friendly and we never had a complaint about noise. I have lived at Bee Creek for going on one year and have been very satisfied. The grounds are maintained beautifully year around...better than I did my own for the most part! The salt water pool is wonderful to take my grandkids, we can take snacks to eat poolside, the deck chairs are in top condition and the water has been crystal clear every time I have entered the area. I have lived in apartments basically my hole life and bee creek apartments is the worst place I have ever lived. The place is full of mold, very small, management is very rude and treated my family and I like criminals. Way over priced for what you are getting. Appliances Are not good. If something breaks it will take months to be fixed. No parking spaces. The good reviews you see on here are from the office. My neighbors Agree with everything I have said. Please take my experience To heart and look other places. you will regret moving into bee creek apartments

I lived at Bee Creek for two years and in that time I experienced all they have to offer, twice. The amenities are plenty - beautiful pool, that is regularly kept up to high standards. The work out room is basic but gives you a place to do some cardio and is open all hours for convenience. The theater room is AWESOME! You just have to request to use it, really nice for parties and special events as is the party room itself. You can pay your rent and request any maintenance issues online as well, which is really convenient. The grounds and landscape is kept very nice year round with regular maintenance

Location is amazing. Amenities are awesome. I love for family to visit and rent the movie theater for them. I use both the pool and workout room.
The low rating comes specifically from dealings with people who also live in the complex, as well as the lackadaisical approach to community dealings the management takes.
I am handicapped, and in my building, there are two vehicles in particular that aren't labeled as handicapped that often park in those spots. They also park in the blue-striped no parking zones for vehicle unloading. I've asked the management twice now to speak with the family parking

We loved this Place! Grounds always kept very nice and trash free, any thing broke or needed repair they fixed promptly. Mail service was the best Ever! Nice closet storage room. Had no complaints about anything. Staff, Danielle, Amy and Sharon were the Great! Always nice and helpful. Thanks to them our rental stay there was wonderful.
