MJ and her team were fantastic at marketing my house for sale. They told me exactly what I needed to do make it most marketable, have an amazing photographer who made.my house look incredible, and knew exactly the right timing to put it on the market. It was hard to hear some of her input, but was well worth the time and energy to follow her recommendations because we had offers within 2 days at full asking price. Can't ask for more than that!

We had a wonderful experience working with MJ Agostini at Sarah Smedick. The house we bought needed some work done and they were so helpful and connecting us with excellent contractors. We are living out of state and they scheduled everything at offered to be there when we could not be at the home.

MJ, Becky and team orchestrated a sale of our property even with some very complex situations. They handled every detail with professionalism. Their communications with us was flawless. Oh, and did I mention that the transaction took place while we were 1500 miles away? They assembled everybody needed to complete the transaction. They found us a gem of a handyman, Chet Formica, to fix up the house. We needed an attorney, no problem. A cleaning person, no problem. Check for critters, they got us Wayne from New Britain Pest Control.. A chimney expert, no sweat. MJ runs a tight ship and gets our sincere

Mary Jean & Sarah somehow pulled off an insane miracle and sold 2 properties and got our dream house, all within a couple months.
