Fairfield Ridge project is the rehabilitation of 58 duplex style apartments in the State Moderate Rental program. Millennium secured funding for the $11. M project, including $3.2M in Equity from the sale of LIHTCs, $2.5M in SSHP grant, $2.6m CHFA mortgage and $2.2M in other soft loans. Millennium acted as development consultant, construction manager and property manager for the development.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. The property manager isn't professional or knows how to speak to people. They have Rats and roaches. And they kill people around ther very often Garden Street housing Authority this is not good and they are is not safe!
