Contacted them to view commercial restaurant property over an ad on another website. After 3 business days I received a phone call from the broker to set up an appointment. After playing phone tag for a few days (with the broker unable or unwilling to contact any other way then phonecall when he had my email and I didn't have his) we set up an appointment. I was traveling 2+ hours for this appointment and the local broker was late to unlock the door and completely unprepared. He had little financial information and little information on the equipment that was in the building. All he said was that
