Eric at Heart and Home Real Estate helped us find a home in Springfield OR when we were still living in southern California. We can’t believe how much work he did for us in order to find the perfect home in a brand new state to us. He took video tours of the all the homes we were interested in and always got them to us within a couple hours. Eric recently helped me through the process of buying my first home and I was extremely impressed.
He was prompt and flexible with scheduling showings and very knowledgeable and willing to offer opinions without being at all pushy. He was also an excellent advocate during the closing process. If I had it to do all over, the only thing I'd change would be listening to more of his advice, particularly regarding choosing a local lender instead of a larger company.

If you want to sell your home quickly, at top dollar, with a flat fee listing that will save you thousands vs. standard commission, you have to work with Heart & Home Real Estate. John and team did an excellent job facilitating the sale of our home! He is very communicative and clearly outlined the process from start to finish. He works with a professional photographer/staging consultant and she is also excellent! He fit two open houses in on short notice and we closed in less than a month. And his flat fee saved us about $10k. I was skeptical at first but there's truly no catch to it. Cannot thank him enough for all his help. Highly recommend.
