No matter how many precautions you take, or how safely you drive, accidents can still happen. Unfortunately, despite doing your best to reduce risks, sometimes accidents cannot be avoided. In fact, motor vehicle accidents are a leading cause of injuries. In North Carolina in 2017, more than 1,300 people died in auto accidents, and nearly 128,000 were injured.
Riding the bus, while a reliable and convenient method of transportation, carries the same risk as with any other motor vehicle. In fact, a recent study showed that on average more than 15,000 people suffer injuries from bus-related accidents in the U.S. annually. And in 2017, there were 519 crashes in North Carolina involving commercial buses, and 155 involving other buses.

They need to be more attentive when a prospective client is speaking with them. I called with a Workmans Comp problem and tried to explain my situation TWICE but kept getting they could not help. They did give me an option that I could take them to court which I did. Three days before the court date their lawyers called and wanted to settle out of court. I could have gotten a lot more because I was trying to be fair and got taken advantage of. My bad but if Daggett & Shuler had helped me I could have gotten a lot more. I give them 1 star.
