Dr. Fichter's desire to become a dentist began when she was eleven-years-old. Today she gets the privilege of making a difference in her patients' lives, not only by calming their fears, but by providing education to keep them healthy. I'm originally from Portage and I grew up on Gourdneck Lake. After high school, I attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College and graduated with an associate's degree in applied science. I have been a registered dental hygienist since 1999. I truly love what I do because I have always loved science and people, and I enjoy helping in any way I can.

I am definitely pleased with the service I always receive with Dr. Susan Dennis and team. She is very thorough and takes the time to really assess each patients needs. I recently had to get a crown and I must admit I was a little nervous about it (really any dental work) and they made the experience completely pain free. It was a very smooth process with them making the porcelain crown and fitting in the same day. This is very convenient for people like me with busy schedules! I would highly recommend using Dr. Susan Dennis for any of your dental needs.

They are very professional and gentle. They are detailed oriented and explain everything before doing anything. They are also so wonderful with patients of special needs. The procedures are incredibly comfortable, they make sure you are numb and don’t feel the work! Highly recommend this practice!

If you go here and they ask you to take a gum test do not get it. It is an upsell practice that you don't need. They will suggest expensive laser gum treatment no matter your results, read all the one star reviews and you will see. They rescheduled 3 times on me wasting 4 hours of my time just to get these results. when I finally got they she said they could have emailed the results to me proving they don't care about wasting your time. I also got a second opinion with another dentist since I became skeptical after the second time they had to reschedule me. That dentist told me to keep using a

Looking for a new dentist office can be a feat. However, with the first phone call I made to them, I felt welcomed and excited for my first appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and was given a tour of the office. My entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. The staff calmed my nerves and made me feel very welcomed. Everything was clean and updated. Not to mention the beautiful view I had throughout my cleaning and examination of the woods! I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family.

I visited this office semi-annually for several years and had good experiences as I take good care of my teeth. When I went for my routine cleaning a couple of months ago, they strongly recommended that I start on a laser treatment for my gums. After explaining the reasoning and methods of the procedure, they also showed me the price which was just under $2000. This is not something that I can afford at the moment, nor is it standard of care among dentists. I wanted to schedule a routine cleaning (and re-visit the laser treatment at a later date) and they refused to schedule a routine cleaning

The absolute best dental office I have ever been to. I cannot say enough nice things about the entire staff, their professionalism, compassion, kindness, and empathy showed me. They knew I was terrified of the distance and worked so hard to make me comfortable; which it was about the most comfortable I have ever been. They explained everything to me as they were doing it. To say that I'm terrified of going to the dentist is an understatement. I had neglected my teeth for far too long when I heard of a thing called "no fear dentistry," allowing patients the comfort they need through options such as Nitris or medication. Dr. Chabon and her team were so accommodating and welcoming for both me and my five-year-old son during his first visit to the dentist. The office itself was an extremely calming environment all the way into the parking lot and I can't imagine a business that is more transparent. The first visit includes extremely friendly staff

I recently made an appointment to see Dr. Dennis when I was looking for a thorough dentist for a FOURTH OPINION, who could think and work HOLISTICALLY, to hopefully help me figure out a plan of action other than extraction or a root canal, for some pain I was experiencing in one or two teeth. No one had been able to give an exact diagnosis, or agree on which tooth was causing the extreme pain, including an oral surgeon.

For once a extremely utopia dentist office...Dr. Dennis was not around for my appointment due to Holiday the day before...I'm just guessing but I believe the "special" gas was left on for a few extra minutes this morning during prep for opening...never have I seen so many smiles and positive energy ladies as I did for the 2 hours I spent there for my first appointment and I paid in full out of pocket for this EXPERIENCE...AGAIN LADIES....WELL DONE AND I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO RUSH OUT THIS MORNING clearly a great team of ladies through the front doors and as I was leaving...
