I don’t even know where to begin. I feel so taken advantage of and lied to by this SCAM artist Bill Warring. I was contacted by him personally as I inquired online about a rental insurance quote. I recently had ended my policy with Progressive Homestead after experiencing several break ins in my home and I was not satisfied with Progressive.
