I've used Residential Heating and Air for over 20 years and can't say enough good things about them. I use them for a few reasons. Reason One I like to support the small business owner. Reason Two They are fair in their pricing. They don't offer the cheap price just to get in the door as you see on TV. They have a price and only fix things that need to be fixed.
They don't upsell You pay what needs to be done. This is been my experience. Reason Three They are HONEST and do stuff by the guidelines set by federal, state and city laws. They won't do something just to pass something because you want

Well, I purchased over 30K worth of LG split duct heating/AC units from this company after the owner Chris said to me "these units were made for home's like yours".
I was NEVER in my life, as a customer, treated as HORRIBLY as this company treated me. I was intimidated and bullied by the owner as well as the service department. "You didn't understand how to use it and it was never meant as a primary heating source".

Called them for a safety inspection at a vacant house that is sold. They called me as I was boarding a flight on a Friday and said it didn't pass and they have shut off the heat (Temperatures are freezing right now). They said it would be $4,200 to replace and it was not repairable. I said I would get another opinion and was told that it wouldn't change anything. I had 2 other reputable companies come out and both said it was safe, in great shape, and issued a safety certificate. I called and explained the results and asked for a refund. They stuck with their position and would not refund the

Everything was dandy up until installment date. They left a box full of pipes, etc., had to clean up after the fact there was stuff all over the floor. There was a big piece of equipment from our old ac unit outside left behind. My gate was left opened, and my garage door too. The electrician was NOT professional, he put my children at risk by leaving the baby gate opened, when I had made it clear to the installment team that I am working from home, that if something is needed to communicate w/ me. Communication failed on their part. The installers left, I had no idea there we're 2 random men in

My furnace stopped working on a VERY COLD Saturday morning. I called Residential Heating and Air. I was very relieved that they had technicians on call on the weekends. The technician named Sam showed up within 2 hours after the initial call. After some diagnostic tests, he found out that the blower's motor was shot. It made sense because the blower had been making a high-pitch noise.
I was quite nervous, thinking it would take a long time to replace it because the furnace is quite old. To my surprise, Sam located a replacement part right away. He went to pick up the blower motor and came back
