Greg Zahler is very responsive when you call, and it is great to be able to talk with him right away; he lets you know when they can get there, what he thinks the issue may be, etc., and if it is urgent he makes sure it can be addressed promptly. We have used Zahler several times for installation and repair over the years. I cannot say enough about our experience. We've had some issues with our AC on the hottest days of the year, and they've responded right away and had someone to our house within a couple hours each time. They work quickly, efficiently and professionally to get you up and running again. Highly recommend!

These guys have been awesome. My condo needed 3 permits from the historical society, a condenser on the roof, and approval from the home owners association to install the air conditioning, and they made it happen. Courteous, responsive, and quality work. I would recommend them to my friends and family without reservations.
