Called first thing in the morning and Another Heating was there the same day within a couple hours. They were informative and clearly explained the problem with our AC unit. The repairman was professional and very kind. Reasonable price as well! Will definitely use them again.

I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me put in no star. I have used this company from the first start of it. I turned my retired parents on to it and they had them come out because the AC quit.. they charged them $290.00 and told them it wouldn't last they would need a whole new unit. $6000.00 was the estimate. 3 days later the AC was out again. They called out a different company and that company told them clearly it had been shot or vandalized and that it should be covered under insurance and they couldn't believe that a responsible company had looked at the unit and charged the $290

We've used Ralph and his team at Another for 5 + years and trust them to help us fix, or do preventative maintenance, the right way.
