In the middle of the night in August on a Friday I woke up to a hot house. In the morning we called another company we had used before and they said they would probably not be able to make it out but would try......We had company coming over that Saturday night and would have to cancel if we could not find someone to come out. I called Kelley & Dawson. They had a tech call me right away, Caleb Higgins and he said he could come out that Saturday morning and take a look. He arrived within 1 1/2 hours of talking to him, fixed the problem within 30 minutes and had us up and running. Caleb was so nice

My furnace went out, so on the recommendation of a friend, I called on the off chance a service technician would be available. They asked how soon I could be available! Even though the technician had to go get a part, he had me up and running in less than 2 his from the time I made the call. The price was less than originally quoted and seemed fair. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service.
