Mr. Joe Brien, the people's advocate went to the end of the earth and fought long and hard to win my case against all odds.
The people's advocates are well known for working with timeshares. However, I know Mr. Brien personally and had asked for his help with a case involving a serious accident which resulted in the loss of a life. Mr. Brien accepted the case,
even though a very well-respected accident attorney rejected it due to the case not being in my favor. Mr. Brien stood up for what was right and was able to win my case after a fight long and hard. Thank you for fighting for what's right

We got linked up with Mr. Brien at The People's Advocate to help get us out of a timeshare contract. We had a long talk with them prior to us signing on with them just to answer all of our questions and make sure we were comfortable with them taking our case on. We were told that it may take as long as 6 months to get everything resolved. These guys are rock stars and we had a resolution on getting out of our timeshare in just a couple of months! I'd gladly recommend The People's Advocate for any consumer legal issues you may have.

We contacted Mr. O'Brien and informed him of our issues of the timeshare we felt that they lied about some issues stating was in our contract and once we were at the highest level, we stop getting correspondence and phone calls. Never felt comfortable with this resort. Mr. O'Brien worked with us and even during this pandemic, he and his staff got us out of our contract. Would highly recommend this business.

I was told by many timeshare marketers that it was impossible to get out of a timeshare contract, and that those who claimed to do so were scamming me. Totally false!!! The People’s Advocate handled everything very professionally. From the first interview to the last contact they took care of every detail. The whole process happened quickly. The timeshare company processed the request quickly. We got the release from them in record time.

Referred to Mr. Brien through one of the only reputable referral companies, all references were clean, took 9 weeks from date of referral to date of notification that I was released from my high-end NYC timeshare obligation. Even processed paperwork my ex was required to sign without hassle. One fair price, included all real estate fees, etc. Highly recommended. Family doctor in NE Pennsylvania.
