The intake paralegal, Andrea Smith, was unprofessional, condescending and curt. She advised me that that the business I had an concern with was still active with the NC Secretary of the State. I advised her of the spelling several times and that the company had been dissolved. She kept stating that they were active after me advising her several times to look at the files on the website. She then transferred me over to an Attorney named Janet Coleman who then again advised me that this business was active. I had to advise her several times of where to look to see that the company had been dissolved

I was the President of a large HOA with a multitude of issues. Joel and Chris were there for us in every need. There advise was honest and to the point. They explained cost of legal action vs projected outcome. Their expertise in construction issues, HOA law, and the day to day issues were greatly appreciated. I personally work one on one with Chris on numerous issues including HOA claims after Hurricane Florence among other issues. While on vacation, our family was taking a group picture. The deck collapsed, and 25 fell to a concrete patio. 7 people were seriously injured. We contacted the Rhine Law Firm.
