We listed our home in Middletown NY with Christina/Tina. We were extremely excited to list, sell and move south. In the beginning things went very well. Tina was responsive to our needs and questions. Layla (Tina’s boss) came to our house 1 time and that was the one and only time we heard from Layla. We asked to have a quick easy closing and we were assured that would happen. Tina knew we were buying a home down south and needed to close in NY in order to close down south.
