Carole McCann has been a Realtor in NY State since 1985. She founded Hudson Heritage in 1991 in an effort to promote her unique style of comprehensive, high-energy, individualized client/customer service. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service and the Orange County Association of Realtors.
Traditionally, real estate agents have represented the seller in any property transaction. They are referred to as listing agents and their sub-agents, or seller's agents. They are employed by and represent only the seller. A Buyer's Agent is a real estate agent who is employed by and represents ONLY YOU, the buyer.
