Good Shepherd Preschool is an outreach ministry of Good Shepherd Church. The church and preschool work together to support the needs of families in our community. We offer Infant Toddler, Full Day and Half Day Programs consisting of a wide range of learning experiences with a Christian focus. Our preschool environment provides a "home away from home" environment.

Research shows that young children learn by doing, touching, experimenting, choosing, talking, and negotiating. Everything is a potential curriculum for young children. Our program is based on a developmental philosophy that focuses on fundamental principles of the growth of children. The emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual stages of children occur in a predictable, orderly pattern.

Fundraising is organized throughout the year to help supplement special purchases, provide special assemblies and appreciate the GSP teachers. Good Shepherd Preschool has always been fortunate to have a very supportive group of parents. There are many ways parents can become involved in our school. Opportunities can be volunteering for Teacher Appreciation events, sharing their profession, skills, or cultural background in the classroom. Take-home projects such as baking are also encouraged.
